Z-Resin Bio Plastic Frame

All of our frames are made from Z-Resin, our proprietary plant-based material from Switzerland. Instead of crude oil, our frames are made from the natural oils in the castor bean. In fact, it's a perfect resource because it's an efficient, fast-growing perennial that withstands drought and thrives on marginal lands.

Z-Lite Thin Injection

Z-Lite is our Z-Resin frame material that uses a thin injection process to allow for an ultra-lightweight sunglass frame for complete versatility no matter the activity.

Camloc Hinge

Camloc is our custom two-stage hinge that helps prevent lens scratching by locking your temples in place whether they are open or closed. This keeps them from rubbing against the lenses when you’re not wearing them.

Scratch Resistant Hard coat

Our hard coat adds a scratch resistant layer for maximum protection against everyday wear.

Zeal Warranty

Our sunglasses and goggles are warranted to the original purchaser for two years from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and/or workmanship when purchased from an authorized Zeal Optics reseller. This warranty is void if original lenses or frames are altered. We will repair or replace, at our option, any Zeal product found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover shipping cost.
