Pre-Order Items

At BrightEyes, some products that are currently unavailable can still be purchased ahead of their next restock. These items are clearly labelled as pre‑order on our website, along with an estimated date for when they’re expected to return. You can either secure your item by ordering it in advance or choose to receive an email alert when it’s back on the shelves and ready to ship.

If you decide to purchase a pre‑order item, simply add it to your cart and complete checkout as usual. A payment method is required at the time of ordering, and the charge will be processed when your pre‑order is placed.

Please note that the availability dates shown are estimates and may change slightly. As soon as your pre‑order product arrives at our warehouse, we’ll pack and dispatch it straight away. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once it’s on the move so you can follow its delivery. If your order includes several pre‑order items, everything will be shipped together once all products have arrived.

You’re welcome to cancel your pre‑order at any point before it has been shipped. When a cancellation is processed, a full refund will be issued back to your original payment method. To request a cancellation, please reach out to our customer service team at online@brighteyes.com.au.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or change.
Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced.
Gift cards are valid for use only at BrightEyes
Any remaining balance will be retained on the card for future use until expiry.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years unless otherwise required by law.
Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Gift Details: Eligible customers will receive one (1) bonus YETI tumbler per qualifying transaction.
Availability: Offer available while stocks last.
