Orders over $99.00 are free standard shipping.

Orders over $159 are free express shipping.

All orders under $99.00 are charged a $12.50 flat rate.

Orders received before 1pm Mon-Fri will in a majority of cases be posted the same day. For orders placed after 1pm or on weekends shipping will take place the following business day.

Occasionally we will need an extra day or two to ship certain items which are not held in stock.

Yes, you will receive tracking information from dispatch to doorstep. Check your Customer Account or Confirmation Email for your tracking information.

If you have purchased your sunglasses from our Online Store and are not happy with them for any reason please let us know straight away by contacting our customer care office for assistance.

We will accept your returned items for exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase, however there are a few conditions: you must contact our customer care office for a Return Authorisation; the product must be unworn and with swing tags and packaging intact; you must return them using Australia Post insured and registered at your cost.

BrightEyes warrants their products against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of 3 months to 2 years. The length of the warranty period (3-24 months) will reflect the value and brand of the product purchased. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded by the Australian Consumer Law.

We suggest regular maintenance to ensure lenses and temples remain secure. This service is provided free of charge at any of the BrightEyes stores across Australia.

It is best to use a gentle lens solution to clean your sunglass lenses. Never wipe the lenses when they are dry in order to avoid scratches as there may be dust particles. We also recommend not wiping your glasses with rough materials such as paper towels as this can cause scratches as well.

Unfortunately we do not offer laybys online. We do offer 2 buy now pay later options: AfterPay & ZipPay. All of our stores offer layby.
