Aire sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for six (6) months from date of purchase. Coverage is only with proof of purchase. The warranty is valid only for goods that are purchased new and does not cover damage caused by general wear, abuse or mishandling. Warranty claims must be submitted at the purchaser's expense by returning the goods to the place of purchase, or to Sunshades Eyewear. Sunshades Eyewear will repair or replace faulty frames that are covered by the warranty. This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies of the purchaser under the laws in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.
