RETURN POLICY - ONLINE PURCHASES

If you have purchased your sunglasses from our Online Store and are not happy with them for any reason please let us know straight away by contacting our customer care office for assistance.

If you would like to return or exchange your online purchase them we will accept your returned sunglasses for exchange or full refund, however there are a few conditions.

  1. A $15 Processing Fee applies to all refunds and exchanges.
  2. You must contact our customer care office for a Return Authorisation.
  3. The product must be unworn and with swing tags and packaging intact.
  4. You must return them using Australia Post insured and registered at your cost.

CARE OF SUNGLASSES

  • Wash dust and grit from your lenses under cold running water or with a lens cleaner.
  • Dry with a "microfibre" cloth. Do not clean with a tissue.
  • Allowing salt water to dry on your sunglasses can cause corrosion to metal parts and may cause the lenses to be scratched if wiped with a dry cloth.
  • Do not leave your sunglasses on the dash board or console of your car as distortion and damage may occur to frames and lenses from excessive heat.
  • To avoid hinge and screw damage, remove sunglasses from your face with both hands.
  • Always store your sunglasses in their case for extra protection.
